Synopsis :
Dans l’agitation assourdissante d’une grande ville parsemée de gratte-ciel, le plus redoutable des assassins se tient prêt à exécuter sa terrible sentence. Le « Phantom » vise et tire, sans remords ni regrets. Reiji, un adolescent ordinaire, est le témoin de cet assassinat et se retrouve à présent dans la ligne de mire. La rencontre entre le chasseur et la proie ne dure qu’un instant, car pour Reiji, c’est l’événement primordial qui déclenchera ses détestables capacités. Rattrapé par les membres de l’organisation « Inferno », un seul choix lui est offert : une mort sans sommation ou devenir un assassin de l’organisation. (Basé sur le eroge de Nitroplus pour fêter ses 10 ans, déjà adapté en OAV nommé Phantom the Animation).
